Refund Policy

     We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at XTUGA. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a new product, you may return it within a reasonable time after the delivery date, typically within 30 days. We offer two options: a refund or an exchange for another product. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The returned item should be in new condition. XTUGA reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet the following conditions:

• The item can only be returned if it remains unopened.
• The serial number does not match the original one provided by XTUGA.
• Missing parts or original product packaging materials.
• Damage caused by improper packaging during the return shipment.
• Extensive use of the product (e.g., a camera with a shutter count exceeding 300 photos).
• Damage caused by dropping, liquid spills, or mishandling (including damage during flight or other damage to drones).
• The returned item must be in its original, new condition with no signs of wear or usage.
• It must include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories; otherwise, a return fee may apply. Please refer to our fee schedule for return processing fees.
• Refunds are issued for the value of the product only and do not include shipping fees or handling charges.

Note:For returns in a non-original condition, a minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, you need to obtain a return authorization number.

Please remember: You can return a product for any reason. Providing an honest explanation of the reason will help us process your exchange, replacement, or refund request more efficiently. We will promptly respond to your request with a return authorization number, instructions for returning the product, and the return address.

While our return policy is very generous, these exceptions are necessary. Please consider them when making your purchase. If you have any questions about whether a specific item is included in the exceptions list, please contact us. We understand that having a reliable refund policy is an essential part of a positive purchasing experience. However, we reserve the right to limit return privileges for individuals who abuse our policy, make excessive or suspicious returns. Such determinations will be made at the discretion of our Returns Department.

We will process your exchange or refund. Upon receiving your return, we typically process your exchange or refund within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once we issue the refund, funds are usually deposited into your bank account within 5 business days. (Please note that some banks or financial institutions may take longer.)
